I am not sure which relative this potholder came from but I think it is really cute. I'm considering trying to recreate a new one. It's a potholder with pockets on each end. A long piece of fabric made so that's it's large enough to take out a 9x13 size pan and protect your hands and arms from the hot dish. This one is stained from old age and/or use. I think with the new thermal linings this would be a cute gift as well! --Quiltpecan
I made this little shirt potholder this afternoon. The size was determined by the scrap of INSUL BRIGHT I had left (ever hear of that?) There are things about it I will change next time I make one, maybe add a tie! The little ESPRESSO cup, I found at Goodwill for 75 cents : ) I don't drink ESPRESSO, so I may repaint and make it say COCOA instead!
