TASTE BUD TUESDAY - Grape Salad

I had never had this salad before but then had it 4-5 times at different get togethers over 2011.  It is such a simple recipe but yummy.  Give it a try!  :-)  Quiltpecan

GRAPE SALAD

4 lbs seedless grapes (red, green or both)
8 oz.  cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup crushed pecans

Wash and stem grapes.  Set aside.  Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended.  Stir grapes into the mixture and pour in serving dish.  For topping, mix brown sugar and nuts.  Sprinkle over grapes.  Chill overnight.
