RECIPE ROUNDUP - Corn Souffle

One of my favorites!!!  YUMMY and easy!!  Try it!  --Quiltpecan

Corn Souffle

1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1 (8-oz.) sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 beaten egg
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Grease 2 quart dish. Mix ingredients, add to dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
