This little tiny blue and white fabric, is ONE of my favorites! I found it by accident in a Goodwill store that was hiding out as a skirt! It was a very full and gathered skirt! I later found this fabric at Hobby Lobby and had to buy a yard of it. I guess I just really like blue and white together : ) Sydneykatt
